Ok – you’ve heard me talk about my favorite late night macro cap a million times at this point.
Time to tell you ALL about it!
Essential Ingredients:
¼ cup almond milk
1 scoop Level-1 Protein (I’ll give you a few of my favorite flavor combo’s below)
½ tsp baking powder
Mix it all together in a microwave safe bowl or mug. I love these big stubby mugs for my cakes!’
Microwave for 45 seconds. It will puff up in the microwave but settle down a bit when you pull it out. If you notice it’s still a bit soupy, pop it back in for another 10 seconds – some flavor combos require a bit more time but 45 seconds is pretty safe.
Top and Enjoy nice and warm! I’m telling you, you’re going to want to leave room for one of these in your macros every night 🙂 I sure do.

German chocolate Cake Level-1
Mini dark Chocolate chips
½ tsp Cocoa powder
Chocolate Whipped Cream
