Working out is at the top of the list of my favorite things to do, but it started at the very bottom and stayed there until a few years ago!
I’m talking on the same level as the dentist.
So what changed?
I fell in love with not just the results but the actual process. I started with things I already loved like dance and yoga.
From there, I learned to love the endorphin high and couldn’t stop – quite literally – It is a chore for me to take a rest day.
The important part here is that “need” to exercise to reach some goal just became a “want” – a desire to sweat and move!
So if you’re hoping to bump being active up your list of favorite things, start with something you already know and love – biking, hiking, walking around the mall! And we’ll talk about what’s next later!
