Working out has a bad rep. Tired of the same routine? same exercises? Your body probably is too! We train for a different peak workout every month! Let’s ditch those lb goals and focus on what we can do! Don’t worry, those lbs will fall off too.

Yeah training is efficient AF. Most are in the 30-45 minute range giving you plenty of time to sneak them in before work or before heading out for a night of fun.
YOU CAN DO THESE EXERCISES!
Are there some challenging exercises? For sure! If you can’t do them now, cool – you’re going to work your way up to kicking their ass and until then, you will always have modifications available!

I’m going to do some quick math for you. That means less that $1 per workout!
To get the most out of these workouts, you’ll only need 1 thing:
A set of dumbbells.
You are, of course, welcome to vary weights as needed for exercises if you have access to multiple weights.
These workouts can be done just about anywhere! All you need is a bit of space. Roll out your mat in your living room, open the garage or head to the gym. That all works!
You’ll be charged each month on the date you originally signed up. If you need to cancel your membership for any reason, you are free to cancel at any time and you will not be charged again.
Speaking from personal experience, I’ve been in the best shape of my life when I was training TO DO something, not just working out to look good. So that’s what we do. We ditch the ties to how we look or how much we weigh and instead work towards a performance goal.
At the end of each month, we’ll tackle a new PEAK workout. They will be tough but you’ll be ready because you’ve put the work in leading up to it! And damn does it feel good when you’re done!
YES. I will always provide modification options for workouts. Modifications are my jam and can be yours too. And I’ve got no doubts that with time, you’ll build up to using level-ups instead of those mods.
You are getting 6 workouts per week along with video links for exercises and modifications. You’ll get an email from me every Sunday walking you through the plan for the week with a few words of encouragment sprinkled in there too. You’ll also get access to the members facebook group where I will share more funs stuff like healthy recipes or stretches for the week and we can all chat about our sore muscles! (Jk, kinda)
No. You can workout as many times as you’d like. Will you get the fastest results with all 6, probably! But I’ll 1 day is better than none! To get started, I’d suggest 3-4 workouts per week and work up from there.
